This is an AI-powered automation system for banking workflows, combining integrations with two bank APIs, Google Sheets, Airtable, and an intelligent conversational agent for handling data and user questions. The system was built on n8n and included complex workflow scenarios with HTTP requests, data merging, country-based splitting, filtering, batch processing, and real-time synchronization. In addition, an OpenAI-based AI agent was implemented to search information, calculate average amounts, and answer policy-related questions. Embeddings generation and a vector store were also added for smarter retrieval. As a result, the solution eliminated manual entry, improved automated customer support, and helped maintain data consistency across systems.
