This is a complete attribution system for affiliate and media buying traffic, built to provide more accurate user flow tracking, campaign transparency, and convenient analytics. The solution included a Telegram bot with deep-link UTM tracking, a PostgreSQL database for storing user data and campaign parameters, a FastAPI admin panel with filters, analytics, and export features, as well as FTD tracking and a finance dashboard. Additional automated integrations with Google Sheets and Airtable were implemented for reporting and data synchronization. As a result, the system simplified traffic tracking, improved attribution transparency, and created a foundation for data-driven scaling of advertising campaigns.
The goal was not just to collect leads from Telegram, but to build a full attribution system that shows where the user came from, how they moved through the funnel, and which campaigns actually drive results.
