This Telegram solution was developed to enable private sessions between customers and agents without exposing their personal contact details. The system automatically creates working groups, bridges messages between participants in real time, expires sessions after 24 hours, and applies message limits based on the selected plan. The project architecture was designed for high load and a large number of simultaneous sessions. To handle Telegram’s group creation limits, a multi-account model using several Telegram accounts was implemented. The result was a secure and scalable communication solution for customer–agent interaction inside Telegram.
Problem
The goal was to enable secure communication between customers and agents inside Telegram without revealing personal contacts and without sacrificing convenience.
