This is a booking automation system for a barbershop built as a voice-enabled AI booking agent. The solution was implemented using n8n, Vapi AI, Google Calendar, NocoDB, and webhooks, allowing customers to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments through natural conversation. The system checks barber availability in real time, automatically manages events in Google Calendar, and stores appointment and barber data in NocoDB. The main goal of the project was to reduce manual administrative work, simplify booking for customers, and prevent scheduling conflicts.
Problem
The goal was not just to accept booking requests, but to build an automated system that could talk to customers, check schedules, and manage appointments without admin involvement.
